We enjoyed beautiful weather while we were at the beach earlier this month. It did rain one day, but we had beautiful blue skies most of the other days. We were enjoying the beach one sunny day when I looked inland and saw all these clouds from an approaching front. The contrast with the blue sky and sand of the beach was striking and attractive.

George, an outstanding sky scene. However, you do so well taking any picture. The sky is so bright and blue. Like it had just been washed.

A bright contrast, but what strikes me is that the clouds are only just over the beach houses and nowhere else. Or perhaps that’s just the angle and placement of the shot.
