When Betsy and I go to visit Dad, we try, if at all possible, to take him out for lunch and a ride. On one of our rides last year we came across Wetumpka Falls near Tullahoma, Tennessee.
Wetumpka Falls is in a wooded setting. Although the stream doesn’t have much water, the result is a pretty little waterfall we enjoyed visiting.

I like all the different levels of the falls and the moss on the rocks and trees.

A three tiered one. A little beauty. Your Dad is doing well to be able to go out with you.

There you are again George, making me feel impatient because i haven’t been to any falls lately! Even if it is very short, or even if water is so little, as long as it looks like a falls, it will suffice for me!

That’s very pretty. I know he is legally blind but I imagine he could roll down the window and hear the waterfall. Very nice!

It looks like a lovely spot to sit and listen to the rippling of the water,

I could sit there and relax for a while….maybe even nap. I love listening to water running.

It is a pretty little waterfal! By the looks of the rocks, there used to be a lot more water in that stream!

Although the nature seems to be “dead”, the waterfall gives it life. Beautiful photos.
