May was a very wet month here on the Cumberland Plateau. We had over six inches of rain two different weeks in the month.

The day after our last big downpour I was working in the front yard and noticed this pretty blue cloud-filled skies. I got these photos from the street in front of our house.

We saw a few of those big puffies yesterday, then it pretended to rain…very reminiscent of last summer. Ugghh. We need rain.

I just love those big puffy clouds. It looks like you could punch them and they would spring right back. We had a wet April, May and June but July has been very hot. Today is cloudy and much cooler. MB

Very nice picture. We have rain just about every evening. We certainly have not needed to water. In fact, Lake Sidney Lanier near our home is full for the first time in years!

What a dump of rain! We had 24mm. High atop the wetland, though.
