We had two beautiful days here and I finally got the driveway clear. There were a few cars going up and down the road yesterday (Monday) and the mail got through so I guess the Glade is slowly recovering from our storm.
But just as I was beginning to feel good about our weather Betsy said a wintry mix was predicted for us Monday night. I really didn’t need to hear that!
So tonight I need another reminder of warmer, greener days ahead. This is another collage of some of the roses we had blooming in our yard last year.

Winter is a great time to recall all the other seasons!!! Very pretty roses!!!!! Love the blue sky in yesterday’s collage! Wow – that’s blue!! That’s quite a driveway you have to clear. That was one of the reasons we moved from our own house to an apartment – the snow shoveling was just too much for hubby. Glad you are still keeping fit with your hikes, etc. to be able to do that. God bless!

Beautiful roses, George. Those colors just jump out. Pretty collage. It is the time of year we are wishing for more color in our lives. MB

What a lovely, lovely reminder that this cold won’t last forever. Right now it doesn’t feel like it could ever go away. Thank you for this!
p.s. FYI, I am no longer part of the My World team. My real life needed to have some things cut out of it, and that was one. I miss it a little, but it’s giving me slightly more time to visit other blogs! I just didn’t want to get credit where credit is not due.

Again, another stunning collage. A beautiful, hopeful sign as I sit here looking at more snow! We were supposed to get another blizzard Friday, so today was my day to get groceries in preparation. Now we are having another snowstorm with 6 inches predicted, so I can’t get out to prepare for the one on Friday!! I can’t ever remember a winter like this in my life.

I’m so sorry to hear about your snow storm. I know Betsy likes snow, but storms are a little too much. Please stay safe and keep warm. I’m wishing you warmer days ahead and more of your beautiful roses.

It’s always lovely when you share your roses George. 🙂
I read through your previous posts and got tickled to hear Betsy is ready for Spring. I always think I am until that next couple of inches starts falling and makes my world all white and glistening.

You and Betsy are the “king and queen of roses”…..so many beautiful flowers. Mike and I will have to drive down there some time when they are in bloom. Lovely collage!
