This is my post for Skywatch Friday, a meme for sharing views of the sky from all over the world. To see more, or to join and share your own photos of the sky, click HERE.
The last couple of days have been cloudy, dull and gray. That’s not exactly my favorite type of day, but I think there is often a stark beauty about such a day. The picture above was taken on the 14th fairway of the Druid Hills Golf Course here in the Glade.

The clouds look kinda dramatic! You could almost go without winter boots, there, by the looks of that sidewalk!

This is a lovely view of your snowy world … and I’m delighted the wintry weather has provided you opportunity to spend additional time at the computer … I enjoyed the wedding collage and your lovely roses from the past in previous posts. I believe I’m finally caught up here 😉
Hugs and blessings,

Very nice view! We are due for more bad weather. Spring is going to be very welcome when it finally gets here!

Oh my goodness is that a golf course? They should consider using this place for winter sports or something. What a very nice capture.

Love those bands of clouds – even though it’s not bright and sunny! Good shot.

This is forlorn and desolate looking, like a ghost town. It reminds me of the work of that artist who did “Christina’s World” You’d never know there have been people around

The sky over those mountains is beautiful George!

Your world looks like mine today (check the photo in my post comment to see) – cold, white and beautiful! Wonderful capture, George.

Hey George, I think I looked at those same clouds all day today. But unfortunately mine were crying. Glad to be back home.
