Wednesday evening was clear here in the Glade, and just after sundown I spotted this nearly full moon up in the sky. I couldn’t resist the temptation to get my telephoto lens and snap this picture for Skywatch Friday.

That’s why everyone has been slightly loonie around here this week! It’s a lovely picture George. Beautiful contrast of the solo moon in a clear sky! Good call to get the camera.

As usual, you got another great sky and moon shot. At least with the moon, it gives you time to get ready for the picture. Most things I try to take move or gone before I get even my digital out.

As I sat at my computer last night I glanced outside and could see the moon shining through the pergola on the deck. I didn’t have the energy to get my camera and go out.
I regret that now. 🙂
