When Betsy and I visited Niagara Falls in 2002, we also enjoyed exploring the Niagara River below the falls. We traveled, on the Canadian side, from Niagara Falls to Lake Ontario along the river and enjoyed these sights. The falls may be the main attraction, but we’re glad we took the time to explore the river as well.

We enjoy driving all the way to Niagara-on-the-Lake when we visit Niagara Falls. You and Betsy need to visit the falls again. It’s been over 8 years since you have been there. We could meet up during your next visit!

i saw the falls in 1952 at age 8. scared me silly. grandaddy rode the sky cart and i had a fit. i am sure it was beautiful then and is now. maybe i could be a little less scarded now. this is the ultimate falls

Oh gosh….This is just breathtaking! Definitely a place I hope to visit someday! I can just hear the power of the falls and then I can only imagine how it calms into the flow of the peaceful river!
