Mingo Falls is a 150-foot beauty near Cherokee, North Carolina. It is easy to get to Fa, and the hike from the trailhead is steep, but short. There are stairs for much of the way. We visited Mingo Falls on January 31 of this year when a rock slide on the interstate caused us to take a detour through the Smoky Mountains.

Hi George, when do you and Betty take me to some falls? It seems like it is so easy for you to reach falls there, here we need to take planes and other mode of transport before reaching a big one! I love your slow shutter shots, which i call ‘milky-milky’ shots.

This fall looks very high! You are a real waterfall expert! There must be many of them in your surroundings .
