Fairfield Glade has several small lakes and Betsy and I enjoy walking around them whenever possible.  We walked around Lake Sherwood a couple of weeks ago.  It was a beautiful afternoon and the reflections in the lake were gorgeous.  The surface of the lake was smooth as glass.

We can walk around most of our lakes but there are two in which the shoreline is considered property of the lot owner rather than the community. We avoid those. Lakes are soothing, especially when there are no motorboats or jet skiis.

I guess you both are already well from the colds last weekend, and again your posts appeared next to each other in my dashboard, so the other one is surely visited too. haha. By the way, last Th-Fri i was absent from office, joined a friend to his farm outside the city and a chance to visit a waterfall, and chase some butterflies and damselflies. We also went down to some creeks and he caught snails, and catfish for his small ponds in his farm. I was so glad.
