All of the pictures in this collage were taken in our yard during May. And although all of our iris blossoms are now gone, some of these will bloom again in autumn, so we will be able to enjoy them again.
The iris on the top left is Autumn Bugler, while Stellar Lights is on the right. The irises on the bottom, from left to right, are Cable Car, Electric Shock, and English Charm.

Just wanted you to know that retiredandlovingit is really me. Before I ever started blogging, I created a test blog on wordpress, using the same email that is now associated with my Blogger blog. Now, if I don’t watch carefully, wordpress uses that ID when I comment on a wordpress blog. I’ve been unable to delete the account so must remember to log onto wordpress under a different ID before leaving a comment. Confused? Me, too.

Electric Shock and English Charm for me today! You must have little name sticks in the soil, otherwise how on earth do you ever remember the names of all your flowers?

I love Steller Lights and Electric Shock! Which reminds me all my iris are in dire need of being transplanted. Now if it will just stop raining so I can do so. First I complain of no rain, now I want it to go someplace else for at least two weeks, then it can come back! 🙂

Fantastic beautiful collection. Blue is my favorite color. It has resemblance with Iris which is here wild in the nature and called: “Iris Sibirica”.
