Ice and Water

One of the advantages of visiting waterfalls in December is that we can often see water in a couple of different forms. This picture of ice and water was taken a few years back at Dry Falls in the Cullasaja Gorge of North Carolina.

Unusual to see both ice AND water. But I can see that the ice is in an area that would not have much movement. Good catch!

Missed this one on Dec. 1st…. Sorry…. I remember seeing Dry Falls on that COLD day… Great picture of the ICE.
